Holiday In Tembagapura

 Last year I went  to Tembagapura. Tembagapura is a district in the town of Timika  located in Papua, Tembagapura are in  Jayawijaya mountains.Tembagapura is  “KOTA DI ATAS AWAN”. This is not the first time i go to Tembagapura,  but is for the  5th time  and I never get bored to visit tembagapura. To get into the district it was very hard because they have security and very strict rules and We must have the permission if you want to visit Tembagapura. the majority of the population in Tembagapura are employees in freeport , and while in Tembagapura we should use the id card from freeport.

I depart from the  Juanda International Airport  to Mozes Kilangin International Airport , it took 6-7 hours. In timika airport , my father and his friend has been waited for us (me, my mother and my brothers) to take us to Tembagapura. For the first time Iam  so excited because we're using helicopters , helicopter are usually used the employees to go from Tembagapura to Timika, why we use helicopters ?? I do not know,,, but  my father said the condition of roads was not good if we use the bus, To tembagapura you can by bus but it took 2-4 hours.  bus are usually used  to Tembagapura is a bus that has a bulletproof, and be guarded by police  .after arriving in Tembagapura I go to the hotel to rest and eat. The next day , we explore  Tembagapura. not much different from the the last time I went to Tembagapur.Tembagapura have nice view, and i can see waterfall located in  Java wijaya mountains.   I visited the gardens were built in the mined lands, I also visited the very famous the football field in Tembagapura and is often used for training Persipura and timnas Indonesia.

And my favorite place in Tembagapura when I visited is DOZ (deep ore zone), DMLZ(deep mile level zone). DOZ, DMLZ,and GBC it is a place in underground mine. First if you want to visit underground mine zone , you must follow the instructions directed by the underground division. you must use boots and safety equipment are provided.we visited underground by car. It is so unique, all the cars that employees use have a white color and have one brand that is toyota.In the underground is very dark but i could see some workers , some cars , and many trucks. So Unique, in the underground there are  have mosques, churches, and canteen.  Atmosphere in inside of underground mine  was very scary, because quiet and dark .After that,we out and i met my friends to explore tembagapura.And next day  for the first time, because I was 17 years old,  I allowed to visit  place to  mining processing in the Grasberg mine. To get to the Grasberg mine we use the cable car or we can call “TRAM”. I was excited  see the landscape , Jayawijaya mountains and tembagapura from cable car. So beautiful. Grasberg Mine air temperature is very cold, after instruction, we allowed to enter the factory and see how they manage the raw materials into semi-finished materials and then sent to the lowland through the pipe, and after that we explore grasberd mine , if you don’t know what it's Grasberg mine ,you can search  on google.

We in highland tembagapura for 4 days, while I there, I met a native of  Papua we play together and photo together , and i met new friend. Tembagapura have a small place called "hidden valley".And we stay for 4 days in hidden valley. Hidden valley is my favourite place. when I was in a hidden valley, I feel like I'm in  america or in Europe . Tembagapura city has complete facilities, they have a hospital, a school, a market like Hero or Giant, and canteen, cafe and etc. after 4 days in Tembagapura I go to Kuala Kencana. Kuala kencana it is lowland of Freeport in Papua. kuala kencana is beautiful modern city and a city like in Europe or in America. And we explore kuala kencana. After that I reunion with my friends who I met when I first went to kuala kencana and tembagapura. And they is  a children from dad friends. i'm so happy because for the first time I allowed to go into place of   mining processing  factory in the Grasberg mine, actual minimum age is 13 years but at that time I can’t get to the Grasberg Mine because of the weather . And i meet many new friends and new experience again.
